Separate sealed BIDS will be received by CASTLE DALE CITY for the construction of a Pickleball Court Project at the office of Castle Dale City, – until 4:45 PM, Friday, Aug 23rd, and then opened and publicly read aloud.
Major items of Work include:
1: Slab – 66’ x 70’ x 5”
2: ADA Approach
3: Fence parts and installation
4: Spectator areas 2 each
5: Ramp
Prospective bidders may pick up information packets at Castle Dale City Hall at 20 South 100 East, Castle Dale, Utah 84513.
This project is funded in whole or in part by a grant through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program The contractor will be required to comply with all federal labor standards and attendant laws, including the payment of the most current Davis-Bacon wages and compliance with Section 3 to provide employment opportunities for lower income persons and small businesses. Local, minorities and woman owned business owners are encouraged to bid. The lowest responsible bidder will be selected.
The bidders must be registered with SAM.gov and have a DUNS #.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of Castle Dale City.
