Once again, Carbon County employees and members of the community are banding together to sponsor the annual Mike Ballard Fundraiser. This fundraiser, hosted in the form of a golfing tournament, concert and dinner, is now in its 10th year.
With a hearty timeline under its belt, it is no surprise that the fundraiser has benefited many in the community over the years. Last year, well-known and loved local Frank Ori was the beneficiary of the event following a stroke he suffered in December 2017.
As per usual, the proceeds from the event will be donated to charitable institutions or families in need residing within Carbon County.
Criteria for consideration, as well as an application form, are available at the Carbon County Administration building, which is located at 751 East 100 North in Price. To receive an application electronically, email Rose Barnes at rose.barnes@carbon.utah.gov.
