EARLY VOTING WILL NOT BE HELD
ALL REGISTERED VOTERS WILL RECEIVE A BALLOT BY MAIL
In accordance to Section 20A-3-605(3) Utah Code, Early Voting will not be held in Carbon County for the 2019 Municipal Elections.
All active registered voters will be mailed a ballot for their particular municipal election or bond election. Ballots will be mailed between October 15 and October 22, 2019 to all registered voters (UCA 20A-3-305(1)(b). Ballots returned by mail must be post marked by November 4, 2019.
Voters should be registered to vote on or before October 7, 2019 (UCA 20A-2-102.5(2). After October 7, voters can register to vote in person or online and vote provisionally on Election Day, November 5, 2019. Absentee ballots can be requested in person through Tuesday, October 29, 2019. (UCA 20A-3-306(2).
On Election Day, November 5, 2019, if you need to vote a provisional ballot or need access to an ADA voting machine, Vote Centers will be located at Wellington City Hall, 150 W. Main Street, Wellington, Utah and at the Carbon County Administration Building, 751 E. 100 N. Price, Utah from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
