Carbon wrestlers found themselves competing at the USHAA 3A Divisional Tournament that took place over weekend in Richfield.
The Dinos placed fifth overall at the state qualifying meet. Individuals that qualified for state include the following:
- 106 – 7th place Astacia Gomez
- 113 – 3rd place Bryce Judd
- 126 – 5th place Kaden Lee, 7th place Kaden Gibson
- 132 – 1st place Casey Shiner, 7th place Bobby Blake
- 138 – 2nd place Bradley Judd, 4th place Caleb Sanderson
- 145 – 3rd place Conner Fausett
- 152 – 5th place Keityn Hunt, 7th place Nathan Cowley
- 160 – 5th place Jacob Barlow, 7th place Josiah Martinez
- 182 – 3rd place Triton Abeyta
- 285 – 8th place Blake Grundy
The hardworking team will travel to Orem this weekend where they will compete at the state tournament at Utah Valley University.
