The second Carbon County Tourism Customer Service award recipient was announced on Wednesday evening during the Carbon County Commission Meeting.
Tourism Director Tina Henrie reminded the commissioners and listening crowd that these award nominees are submitted by the community. She also stated that this month, two nominations were submitted. After the committee met, the recipient was chosen.
This month, the individual highlighted was Cindi Curry with Balance Rock Eatery and Happiness Within for providing outstanding customer service and a super service experience. Along with a plaque commemorating this honor, Curri was also gifted with a $50 Visa card that she will be able to spend at any location of her choosing.
Curri graciously accepted the award and the gift, but stated that it was really her staff that deserved the award and that they are the most amazing staff she could ever hope for.
“This is really, truly my staff,” Curri stated.
