Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Carbon County – 2019 Emergency Watershed Protection Schedules 1, 2, 3, which includes, earthwork, clearing and grubbing, remove culvert, culvert installation, concrete culvert headwalls, concrete canal structures, canal gate installations, riprap, grouted riprap, gabion baskets, fencing, and related work, will be received by Carbon County at the offices of the County Clerk located at the Carbon County Administrative Building, 751 East 100 North Ste. 1100, Price, UT 84501 until 4:00PM on Wednesday, February 6th, 2019 and then and then publicly opened and read aloud in Commission Meeting at 4:30PM.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00AM local time on Tuesday, January 29th, 2019 at the office of Jones & DeMille Engineering, Inc., located at 1675 South Highway 10, Price, UT 84501. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a base bid with alternates basis as indicated in the Bid Form.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit evidence of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
