Emery scraped past Manti by a score of 8-7 in Castle Dale on Tuesday.
Emery’s offense shined in a game interrupted by multiple snow flurries. The team recorded 12 hits on the day.
Geren Payne led the offense with a home run through the wind to dead-center field. Chance Huntington added two doubles, and Tanner Ewell hit his third double of the season.
Payne also got the win from the mound.
Emery’s next game will be at Juab later in the week.
