Still short weight divisions, Emery had a tough road contest against Beaver Wednesday, falling 51-27.
Scoring for the Spartans with pins at Beaver were McKay Meccarellio, Gus Dalton, Newt Oveson and AC Reeve. Zach World won by decision.
The Emery team is still missing wrestlers in two weight divisions but more Emery wrestlers struggled against a powerful Beaver squad.
The JV and varsity teams were accompanied by members of the younger Emery All Star wrestling club.
