Food for Thought: Gravy or No?

Gravy is most commonly associated with mashed potatoes but thanks to the seasonings and other ingredients, it adds flavor and richness to whatever it’s paired with. Our gravies, while low in sodium, are a smooth, flavorful addition that both kids and adults appreciate!

Sometimes students prefer to eat their food “plain” and that’s great, too! School lunch is “offer VS serve” which means that as long as three components of the lunch offering are taken, kids can choose what goes on their tray.

Personal preference is important in keeping students excited about what’s for lunch!
