Local gamers now have a place to gather and meet new people while enjoying a variety of offerings at D20 Game Cafe in Price.

The doors of D20 Game Cafe opened to the public in May as a grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting ceremony spotlighted the new business. Members of the community gathered for food, fun and games while owner Justin O’rafferty snipped the ceremonial ribbon.

D20 Game Cafe was born after O’rafferty saw the need to have a comfortable, inclusive place for gamers to play and mingle. This initiated the renovation of the former Angel Auto building to turn the space into a gamer’s paradise.

At the cafe, gamers will find a place to play Magic the Gathering, Dungeons and Dragons, and various table top games. The business sells game accessories as well as soda, coffee, ice cream and snacks. Gamers are also invited to take part in the various clubs that are being organized at the cafe.

“We have all the things you need to have a great gaming experience,” the business shared.

In addition to gaming, D20 Game Cafe also offers a movie night on Wednesday evenings, played on a projection screen with surround sound. Customers can also enjoy the cafe’s pool table and comfortable accommodations while mingling with friends.

D20 Game Cafe is open from 1 to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 1 to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. The cafe is located at 441 East 100 North (behind McDonald’s) in Price. D20 Game Cafe can be reached at (435) 637-3056.
