The Kings Basketball League has set an estimated start date of June 3 for local men and youth.
The league is open to men 18-years-old and up as well as boys in grades 6-12. The season lasts for two months.
The cost is $33 per player per season (jerseys not included). A $5 discount is available to military, law enforcement, firefighter, coal miner, power plant and medical field families. Fees will be paid directly to Anthony Campbell, the league organizer.
Games and practices will be hosted throughout the week at the Helper Auditorium with occasional Saturday games possible.
This league will take other sports schedules into consideration, making it convenient for athletes who play multiple sports.
