The Carbon Lady Dinos traveled to take on the Altamont Longhorns on Tuesday, taking the decisive match 3-0.
The Lady Dinos took the first set 25-17. They followed with two more dominant sets, winning 25-16 and 25-19.
McKenna Leonard had seven kills and two blocks in the win and Sami Scoggins added six kills and seven blocks. Diana Morley recorded five blocks. Makenna Blanc led the team with 23 assists and two blocks. Abbie Saccomano, Cora Lamborn and Sophie Noyes all added two kills apiece.
Carbon will next host the Maeser Prep Lions on Tuesday for a Region 14 matchup.
