A 50-40 win over second place Juab Tuesday night propelled the Carbon Lady Dinos into a two-way tie with the Wasps in the Region 14 standings.
Carbon avenged a 52-45 loss at Juab back on Dec. 12, the Region 14 opener for both teams.
Leading by 10, 24-14, at the half, Juab and Carbon played even the rest of the game.
Kelsey Sorenson scored a game high 14 points. Abbie Saccomanno added 10 more, including two threes. Jordan Bianco added another three on the night en route to nine points. Makenna Blanc finished with six points.
Carbon (12-5, 6-2 Region 14) will host Providence Hall (6-7, 1-6 Region 14) on Thursday. The Lady Dinos beat the Patriots 68-33 back on Dec. 14. The game will be broadcast live on ETV Channel 6 at 7 p.m.
