The Uintah Utes scored eight runs in the bottom of the fourth to end the game between the Utes and Spartans in just four innings Tuesday.
Uintah’s Summer Stensgard threw a no-hitter on a day when her offense exploded for 17 hits, including seven for extra bases.
Emery (7-17, 2-5 Region 15) will host North Sevier (11-8, 0-5 Region 15) in Emery’s final region game of the year. The Lady Spartans will then host Duchesne (7-4, 5-2 Region 14) on Tuesday.
