Each quarter, the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce organizes its Best in Business Competition. This is hosted as a way to keep local businesses in friendly competition while maintaining their building and storefront.
Last quarter, the Best in Fest was hosted. This particular competition pertained to having the best holiday decorations. Voting was conducted through an open poll via Facebook, through the chamber’s website and through email. All local businesses that wished to participate were prompted to encourage their customers to vote.
According to Executive Chamber Director Deserae Stevenson, a total of 14 businesses were nominated by the community. In the end, Naturally Inspired ended up on top with the most votes. Stevenson personally took time to visit each nominated location and remarked on how appealing the store’s decorations were.
During the chamber’s 2019 initiation banquet, slated to take place on Jan. 17, Naturally Inspired will be formally announced as the winner and will receive a certificate. Stevenson added that, along with bragging rights, those that win the competition walk away with a free chamber membership for the year.
Naturally Inspired is one of Price City’s newest businesses on Main Street. There, customers can find men’s and women’s clothing and accessories, handmade skin care, jewelry crafted by local artisans as well as handmade home décor.
