It took just three games for the North Sanpete Lady Hawks to hand the Lady Dinos a Region 12 loss to snap the Dinos’ eight-match winning streak Thursday in Mt. Pleasant.
The Lady Dinos fell just short in game one, losing 25-22. North Sanpete made short work of Carbon in the second game 25-10. A 25-17 third game sent the Lady Dinos home with their first Region 12 loss. The Hawks, though, remain unbeaten on the season.
Carbon (11-5, 3-1 Region 12) will Travel to Richfield (8-8, 2-2 Region 12) next Thursday. The Lady Dinos beat the Wildcats 3-1 on Sept. 22.
