The Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands (FFSL) has developed the first draft comprehensive management plans (CMPs) for state-owned, sovereign land sections of the Colorado and Green Rivers, and updated the existing Mineral Leasing Plan (MLP) for these sovereign lands. FFSL will host a public open house in each county that contains state-owned sovereign land sections to present the draft CMPs and MLP and gather formal comments.
