As per Utah HB164 passed in 2017 we are including transfer information from the Enterprise Fund to the General Fund.
Each year we transfer $30,000.00 from the Enterprise Fund to the General Fund. This represents 8.77% of the Enterprise Fund Expense Budget. Of the $30,000.00, $5,000.00 will cover administration expenses that the city covers for the Enterprise Fund, and $25,000.00 of which will cover other city expenses.
A public hearing will be held on July 2, 2019 at 7:00pm in Orangeville City Hall, to discuss this transfer.
