Price Man Takes Second at PBR Youngstown Invitational

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Ueberson Duarte (Itambacuri, Brazil) won the Real Time Pain Relief Velocity Tour (RVT) Youngstown Invitational event Saturday night in front of a sold-out crowd at the Covelli Centre.

Duarte rode Otis (Mike Miller Bucking Bulls) for 87 points in the championship round after an 84-point ride on Down Draft (C Check Bucking Bulls) in Round 2. He earned $6,000 and 120 points toward the world standings.

Winners of each RVT event in 2018 will be guaranteed at least one opportunity to compete at a regular-season PBR 25th: Unleash The Beast event. Thanks to his victory in Youngstown, Duarte earned an invitation to the Badboy Mowdown in North Little Rock, Arkansas, on March 2-3.

Second place was snagged by Kache Moosman (Price, Utah) after covering his bull in Round 1 on Friday night and riding Sugar Boom Boom (Cornwell Bucking Bulls) in the championship round for 83.5 points. Moosman will be walking away from the weekend with 70 points toward the world standings and a check for $5,066.67.

Daniel Tinsman (Farmland, Indiana) earned third after a 77-point ride aback Blues Clues (Rafter Z Rodeo Co) in Round 2 on Saturday night after a qualified ride on Friday. Tinsman earned $2,566.67 and 40 world points.

Chandler Bownds (Lubbock, Texas) and Randy Brubacker (Ephrata, Pennsylvania) tied for fourth place. Bownds rode Red Line (Rafter Z Rodeo Co) for 86 points in Round 2, while Brubacker covered True Story (Twisted 3 Cattle Co. / Cornwell Bucking Bulls). Each earned $1,533.33 and 15 points toward the world standings.

The next stop on the Real Time Pain Relief Velocity Tour will be in Knoxville, Tennessee, for the Knoxville Invitation at Thompson-Boling Arena on Feb. 17.
