East Carbon City is accepting bids on three parcels of property. These parcels are not significant in size and are of a unique nature. One parcel is located directly behind 909 Highway in Sunnyside and is 30’x50’ in size (approx 1500 sq ft.). One parcel is located behind 101 Byberg in East Carbon and is 36’x80’ in size (approx 2880 sq ft.). One parcel is located behind 160 Grassy Trail Drive and is approx 2073 sq ft. East Carbon City will only be accepting bids from the adjacent property owners. Survey costs and closing costs will be the responsibility of the successful bidder. Bids may be submitted to the City Recorder, Elizabeth Holt, at 101 West Geneva Drive, East Carbon, Utah until 5:00 P.M. June 17, 2019.
