“Raven’s Return: A Literary Tribute to Ellen Meloy”

The John Wesley Powell River History Museum and Epicenter is pleased to announce a two day literary event that celebrates the work and life of Ellen Meloy, author of Raven’s Exile, Eating Stone and Anthropology of Turquoise.

Raven’s Return: A Literary Tribute to Ellen Meloy, will include a reading of a selection from Raven’s Exile by Ann Weiler Walka on the evening of July 25 and outdoor readings on the banks of the Green River in Lower Gray Canyon on the morning of July 26. Following these readings, the event will be capped off with a panel discussion around the theme of “Return.”

Admission to the event is free and open to the public.
