Sally Mauro Bulls Keep Busy With PTA-Sponsored Activities

The Sally Mauro Bulls have experienced a busy week as the school’s PTA continues to host fun, educational and family-friendly activities.

On Tuesday, the PTA hosted the school’s annual science fair, which is voluntary for students in second through fifth grades. Boards and prizes for the fair were donated by members of the PTA. The winners are as follows:

Chemistry: First, Ashdyn Densley and Daxton Alley, second, Bella Behling, and third, Cecily Riley. Physics and Astronomy: First, Ember Dalton, second, Lane Burrows, and third, Corwin Maynes. Product Testing: First, Brylen Robertson. Geology: First, Izybella Prettyman, second, Samuel and Dominic Fazzio, and third, Ali Campbell.  Environmental: First, Rozlyn Stowe and Della Otero, second, Kayden Dunn, and third, Ireland Keil.

The PTA also hosted other activities to encourage family time and attendance with SEPs. There was a free dinner and bingo for families on Tuesday. Then, Wednesday featured the fifth grade in their anticipated chili cook off and bingo night for families to enjoy.

Rounding out the week, the PTA will welcome many for a science fair and Reflections art awards presentation on Friday beginning at 12:40 p.m.
