Emery finished third in Region 15 and will play the third place team from Region 13, Summit Academy, on Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at Juab.
The winner of the game will play the winner of Juab (Region 14 #1 and North Sanpete or Grand, Region 15’s #6), at 2 p.m. The two losing teams will play at 4:30 p.m.
This is a double-elimination tournament so the Spartans still have a shot at state if they can win one of their games on Saturday.
