Friday nights at the Desert Wave Pool throughout the summer have been a hit for local teens. Various activities have been offered for teens to enjoy and have something different to do.

On Friday, June 30, a game of water baseball was enjoyed by all. Patrons ages 13 and older joined together as one team to compete against the guards at the Desert Wave Pool. The game ended in a tie.

“It was really good,” said Desert Wave Pool lifeguard Jordan Dennis. “Everyone liked it and we had a good turnout.”

This past Friday, July 7, featured a slip-and-slide of paint and volleyball. Whether it was riding the waves or sliding through a rainbow of colors, there was an activity for everyone.
