Utah Highway Patrol Public Information Officer, Steve Windward, reported that a portion of Highway 191 was shut down on Friday for a short time due to a semi truck roll over. The accident occured approximately five miles north of Moab. The road was re-opened to normal truck traffic after the vehicle had been tipped to an upright position. No injuries were reported as part of the accident.
