Festival goers from far and wide gathered together on Helper’s Main Street last week to enjoy all that is offered at the Helper Arts, Music and Film Festival. This annual celebration generally takes place over the course of the chosen weekend. However, this year, beginning on Monday, August 14, there was a film that was shown each evening.
Continuing with the fun, Price City’s Culture Connection finale took place on Helper’s Main Street Thursday evening. A gallery stroll was also hosted that night, where community members and festival attendees alike were able to peruse the local galleries and enjoy the artwork.
Moving into Friday and Saturday, booths were set up along the city’s Main Street with artwork, clothing and more available for purchase. Food trucks and drinks were also set up for those that wanted a quick treat. Live music was played throughout the weekend and there was also a dance presentation that took place on Saturday evening to benefit the Melissa Anast fund as well as a car show full of classic rides.
