Traffic was blocked on 400 North between 200 East and 300 East in Price on Wednesday afternoon as HAZMAT crews assessed a scene.
Initial reports indicate that asphalt and sidewalk gave way to a truck containing possible hazardous materials. As a precaution, HAZMAT crews were dispatched to the scene. At this time, no reports have been made that any spillage occurred.
