I, Seth Marsing, Clerk of Carbon County, State of Utah do hereby certify that the attached is a sample ballot for the General Election held in all voting precincts on the 8th day of November 2022, during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. You are qualified to vote if you are a citizen of the United States, have been a resident of Utah at least 30 days immediately before the election, will be at least 18 years old on the day of the election, and currently live in the voting precinct where you have applied to register to vote.
All registered voters will be mailed a ballot. (UCA 20A-3a-202). The deadline to register to vote and receive a ballot by mail is October 28. Voters can still register to vote in person on election day and vote a provisional ballot. Ballots will be mailed between October 18-28, 2022. Ballots returned by mail must be post marked by November 7, 2022. In person Early Voting will be held from November 1-3, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on November 4th from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. General Election Day is November 8, 2022.

Voters may vote in person on November 8, 2022 at the Carbon County Administration Building from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This location is the vote center for the General Election and is ADA accessible.
