The Emery County Library website has undergone a major facelift lately, offering patrons an option to manage accounts online as well as other time-saving features.
First thing: go to the library to set up your account at 135 North 100 East in Castle Dale or any of the seven other locations in Emery CountyВ . You will be able to, as stated above, manage your account online, plus options to renew books, reserve books, scan the card catalog, look at books checked out, due dates and late fee balances.
A calendar and newsletter of the month’s events can be accessed and printed if desired. Links to the Emery County website, Emery School District and Federal Student Aid are also available.
Another exciting link on the website is access to the library blog where notifications on upcoming books and events are found.
The Library Board is “very excited” to have the newly-updated website. So much so, the board has gone through extensive training on many aspects of the website.
