Ascension St. Matthew’s hosted its annual Pancake Supper Tuesday evening. The event celebrates Shrove Tuesday, also known as Pancake Day, which begins the lent season.
Members of the community gathered to enjoy pancakes, eggs, ham and a beverage served by church members and volunteers.
Proceeds from the annual event will go towards various service projects and charities in need throughout the year.
