The Pinnacle Volleyball team faced off against Monticello High School on Tuesday in its home gym. Looking for a win, the Price-based high school faced three losses totaling 25-11, 25-10 and 25-13, which led to Monticello taking the match as a whole.
“They played well together,” expressed coach Heidi Kay. “We were going into this game trying to keep our attitudes positive.”
The high school’s next volleyball game will take place on Friday against Whitehorse and will also be the local team’s senior night. The game can be viewed live on ETV Channel 10 at 6:15 p.m.
