On Monday, Carbon County Resident Bart Sorenson, 44, appeared before 7th District Court Judge Douglas Thomas to continue his arraignment after being booked into the Carbon County Jail last July on 40 counts of forcible sexual abuse.
While before Judge Thomas, the decision was made to move the arraignment to Jan. 17 at 9 a.m. where Judge George Harmond would be available for the proceedings.
