Creekview Elementary students Evelyn Palmer and Maggie Truman attended the State of Utah PTA Reflections award ceremony that took place on Friday evening and were both presented awards.
The state PTA Presidencies, along with a member of the governor’s office, honored the two students. Palmer was presented with the Award of Excellence in the Primary 3D category for her art book. This award is the highest that can be earned at the state level.
Truman won an Honorable Mention in the Intermediate Photography category. This was awarded to Truman for her photo that featured two cats on a farm. Creekview Elementary student Evangeline Bramley was also awarded. However, she was not able to attend the event at the event.
