After nearly 10 years of business, Price’s Bealls location is set to close its doors permanently in July.
A branch of Stage Stores, Bealls has offered the area an array of men’s, women’s and children’s clothes along with shoes, accessories, makeup and perfume.
“Stage Stores is planning to close stores as we take steps to further strengthen our Company and better serve our customers and communities,” said Bria Worthington Lundy, Stage Stores’ Director of Public Relations. “This allows us to focus our investments and operations to deliver productivity and growth.”
The Price location currently employs nine associates, which Stage will assist with job placement within the company or throughout the workforce.
Currently, the Price store is the only Stage location closing during this time period. The closure date is set for July 22. Until that time, customers will find going out of business sales at the location.
