An accident occurred on Main Street in Price around 10 p.m. on Wednesday night.
According to Price City Police Captain Bill Barnes, the male driver ran through a red light at the intersection of Main Street and 300 East and collided with a light pole.
The driver was cited for DUI with prescription drugs, driving on suspension, and driving with no insurance.
The driver was not arrested at the scene and was transported by ambulance to Castleview Hospital.
