The Dinos were at home on Thursday for their last home game before the state playoffs. Carbon found success on senior night against Juab, holding the Wasps scoreless.
Before the game began, seniors Jack Jeppson, Kelten Larsen, Luke Hansen, Diego Leyva and Giovanni Pavoni were recognized.
The Dinos were stellar in the first half with Leyva netting a goal. Leyva was followed by Pavoni kicking in two more to bring the score to 3-0. Carbon was able to hold the score and ended with a shutout from Jeppson to lead Carbon to the win.
Carbon will be at home for the first round of state playoffs this Thursday. The Dinos will be up against Richfield at 4 p.m. The game will be streamed live on ETV Channel 10 and online at www.etv10news.com/livesports.
