The Billy Vigor Insurance Agency was welcomed to the community with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday afternoon. Vigor and his family gathered with members of the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce to snip a ceremonial ribbon at his office.
As the owner and agent, Vigor offers auto, home, life and commercial insurance plans through Farmers Insurance.
