In keeping with tradition, the Price City Progress Committee, headed by city councilwoman Terry Willis, gathered once more to present four local homeowners and their exceptional yards with the All Spruced Up awards.
Each month, the progress committee gathers and hand-picks a set of yards that are eye-catching and well-kept. As usual, yards are judged on curb appeal by neatness, display of water conservation, uniqueness and more.
This month’s yard awards were given to Michael and Audrey Smith, Roland and Becky Tallerico, Larry Bruno, and Karla and Bill Kepsel. Each yard had a unique flair to it, such as the Kepsel yard that features a small river-esque rock trail running through it that fills when the rain is plentiful and fun yard structures created by Bill himself.
