Local Kache Moosman continues to make his way up the world standings. Moosman placed fifth in Binford, North Dakota on June 22 when he scored 87 points on Big Show. He finished among the best riders in the world that weekend.
Recently, Moosman traveled through Canada while competing in the Canadian PBR division. He scored an 84 on Catch of the Day in Calgary at the Ranchman’s PBR Charity Classic on July 2, good enough for 13th place. On July 5, he took second in Edgerton, Alberta, scoring an 83 in the first round and an 86 in the championship round.
In the western/rodeo community, July is known as Cowboy Christmas due to the number of events and close locations for riders. Moosman will look to keep his momentum going as the month continues.
