In conjunction with the usual Greek Festival fun that the community and visitors have come to know and love over the past years, a new event was hosted this year.
This event was the Greek Festival Torch Run, a fun way to work off the delicious Greek food being consumed by attendees. While the festival has hosted a 5K in the past, this new run had a fun spin as it was hosted in the evening and a torch was passed throughout the run to different participants.
Carbon County Recreation assisted in the run, which began at 8:30 p.m. following Price City’s Culture Connection featuring Greek dances. For a full list of results, see below.
