This week during the USU Extension Youth Summer Science camp, the children learned about gooey, gross things. The tiny learners made their own slime, fake blood and more. They also learned about scars and how they are received.
On Thursday, the last day for the week’s camp, attendees made their very own mock scars. The children took what they learned throughout the week and brought it all together to create a hoax of a scar to present to their families. Next week, July 22-25 from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., the 9-12 year old group will meet again. The week is themed “Island Adventures” and there are only a few placements left.
To register your child, please call the USU Extension office at (435) 636-3233 and pay the $10 fee.
