The Price River Water Improvement District will hold a public hearing to receive input related to their intent to seek, secure, and issue a “Non-Voted Revenue Bond” for the purpose of funding the “Nutrient Removal Project” at the District’s wastewater treatment plant.
Applications to the Permanent Community Impact Board and the Water Quality Board will be completed to request funding assistance in the amount of $3,200,000.00. It is anticipated that no change in the current sewer rate will be required at this time.
The public hearing will be held on June 2, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the District’s Service Center located at 265 South Fairgrounds Road in Price, Utah. Those wishing to attend the public hearing telephonically will need to contact the District office during business hours prior to the public hearing for instructions on how to access the conference call system at (435) 637-6350.
