Emery County is seeking a Request for Proposal (RFP) for contracted public defender services in the Seventh Judicial District and Juvenile Courts of Emery County and the Emery County Justice Court. Inquiries relating to the proposal should be directed to the County Attorney’s Office (435)381-2543. The proposal submissions are to be submitted to the Clerk/Auditor’s Office, 75 East Main St., P.O. Box 907, Castle Dale, UT 84513 or brendat@emery.utah.gov. The proposal submissions are DUE by Monday, January 2, 2023 and will be opened in the January 3, 2023 Commission Meeting.
