Carbon County is selling Lot 1 of the Carbon County Industrial Subdivision. The property is 14.36 acres located at 3100 South Highway 10. The value of the property, as determined by the Carbon County 2023 land guide is $230,319.
Please submit offers to the Carbon County Clerk at 751 East 100 North and include the name, address, phone number, and email address of the purchaser along with the price that the purchaser is willing to pay. The offer should also state the intended use of the land. Offers must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 15, 2023.
The sale of the property does not include any mineral rights, and all mineral rights pertaining to the parcel will be retained by Carbon County.
The property will be conveyed “as is”, subject to any liens, encumbrances, and claims. The County disclaims any warranty that the property is suitable for any particular purpose. Carbon County reserves the right to reject any and all offers for the purchase of the property, and to waive any informality of any offer submitted. Carbon County also reserves the right to consider the benefit to the community of the intended use along with the offered amount when selecting the winning offer. Faxed offers will not be accepted.
