Notice is hereby given that a Municipal Election for East Carbon City will be held this year on November 7, 2023 to elect persons to the following offices:
Three (3) City Councilmembers, 4-year term each
One (1) City Councilmember, 2-year term

Candidates must be a United States Citizen, a registered voter of East Carbon City, and must have resided in East Carbon City for a period of 12 consecutive months preceding the date of the election.
Candidate filing period begins June 1, 2023, and ends June 7, 2023. (UCA 20A-9-203) Candidates shall file in person with the City Recorder during the filing period between the hours of 9 A.M. and 6 P.M., 101 West Geneva Dr, East Carbon, Utah. All candidates for election are subject to financial disclosure regulations.
