At approximately 1:37 p.m. on Thursday afternoon, authorities were called out to Indian Canyon for a head-on collision.
The accident was reported near mile post 256 on U.S 191, six miles North of Helper. At the time of the page, all occupants were out of their vehicles, with one man bleeding from his hand, unknown on the severeness of his injuries.
The collision is affecting both directions of U.S. 191. The Utah Department of Transportation has estimated a clearance time for the accident to be approximately 3:15 p.m.
