The Deseret News listed the players who performed well throughout the season, giving them All-State honors. The athletes were chosen by coaches that watched them perform well, work hard and have exceptional sportsmanship in the 2024 season. Three members of the Emery Spartans soccer team received the honor.
Rhett Winter received 3A All-State Second Team. He had a great season as the Midfielder on his team, connecting the offense and defense and controlling the flow of the games during the season. Carson Childs received 3A All-State Honorable Mention.
The Spartan Forward ended the year with 11 goals on the season. The striker did well creating space for attack, to score goals for his team. Landon Wagoner also received the 3A State Honorable Mention for his solid defensive play. Wagoner showed great physicality and communicated with his teammates well, supporting the midfielders on the team.
The three seniors will forever be honored as members of 3A All-State.
