On Tuesday, the Emery County Commissioners approved AT&T to upgrade the existing antennas at the Horn Mountain Communication Tower.
Brett Mills with the Emery County Communications Department reported to commissioners prior to the meeting that everything looks acceptable to do an upgrade. AT&T will more than likely need to add additional equipment to the structure. Before they can begin with the upgrade, they are required to find out if a building permit is required.
