NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE
MANTI-LA SAL NATIONAL FOREST
The Oak Sale is located within T16S, R4E, Sec:1, 12
T16S, R5E, Sec: 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 16, 17, 18. The Forest Service will receive Sealed bids at Sanpete Ranger District, 540 North Main Street, Ephraim, UT 84627 (435) 636-3307 before or at the time of public bid opening at 1:00 PM local time on 08/12/2024 for an estimated volume of 4323.96 CCF of Subalpine Fir (Live) sawtimber, 231.97 CCF of Douglas-fir (Live) sawtimber, 215.77 CCF of Engelmann Spruce (Live) sawtimber, and 4609.46 CCF of White Fir (Live) sawtimber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. In addition, there is within the sale area an unestimated volume of Combined Softwood (Top) non-saw, and DEAD non-saw that the bidder may agree to remove at a fixed rate. The Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Interested parties may obtain a prospectus from the office listed below. A prospectus, bid form, and complete information concerning the timber, the conditions of sale, and submission of bids is available to the public from the Sanpete Ranger District Office.
