Orangeville City kicked off its annual celebration Tuesday eveing with a skeet shoot. The event was organized by Shaun and Kris Bell with the assistance of the Emery County Gun Club.
Guns were given away to the best shot in the 8 to 13-year-old division and 14 to 18-year-old class. Gage Phillips won a 22 caliber rifle in the younger division and Dalton Jeffs also won a 22 caliber rifle in the older age group.
The name of each competitor was entered into a drawing for a 22 caliber pistol. Dalton Jeffs was the lucky winner of the drawing.
Adults competed in Annie Oakley and blue bird games after the youth finished their events.
